You can reach the beach in about four minutes on foot, and a large supermarket takes around eight. Cycle paths are practically next door, and the surroundings are pleasant. Parking feels safe too. Highly recommend it.

It has that lively but surprisingly calm feel. The architecture is a vivid bit of 1960s whimsy.

The apartment is roomy and bright, with a parking space, though the furnishings feel thrown together and the place has little soul. The oven looks ancient, the windows badly need cleaning, and there are a few other small faults. It seems to have been bought cheaply. The building itself is quiet and well placed, about five minutes from the beaches and shops, and luckily doesn't face south. A parking spot is handy given how keen the police are about issuing parking tickets. If you have a second car, there’s free parking by the LGM cemetery.
