The grounds are well kept, and the location is by the beach on the quieter side of La Grande Motte, near the canal. Restaurants, bars, and shops are close, but the usual noise isn't an issue.

My apartment was spotless, though the apartments here are quite old and upkeep depends on each owner. The gated complex felt secure, and the clean, supervised beach is only 50 meters away. It's a lovely setting for families, with plenty to do nearby.
