The pool was nice, and the food was good, but the service was slow. It would have been good to have more choices or a lunch-style “menu du jour.” As a platinum member, I paid €2k for a week of half board. The room was dirty when we arrived, and under the sofa bed and the bed itself looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I had to request another cleaning. There was no body lotion, no water in the room, and not even an empty bottle to refill. The hotel was full, so a better room wasn’t available, and this room category had no fridge, which was annoying during a summer in the south of France. It was an expensive stay, and I’d consider other options next time.

We had a really pleasant weekend at your hotel with some friends. The location is ideal, and there’s a car park. Breakfast was great, and the service was good too. Special thanks to receptionist ANTHONY, who made us feel welcome when we arrived late and gave us helpful restaurant advice. M.PHAM

They loved the room, the welcome, and the pool. Your thoughtful touches made them feel special and warmed their hearts. The team helped me plan a surprise stay for my sister, and I can't thank those real Heartists enough.

The rest of the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. When I arrived early in the morning, a very helpful receptionist got me checked in smoothly, so I was able to get some good rest.

4/10
The neighborhood is residential, with little to do and no nearby places to eat. The location seems useful only for golf. For a supposed four-star hotel, that was hard to believe. The restaurant service was very, very slow. Rooms are tiny, especially with three people sharing one, and the price is ridiculously high for what you get. Breakfast was disappointing for the cost, with dirty plates, runny scrambled eggs, and not much choice.
