Really great.

The apartments are compact, but the layout makes good use of the space. It's a quiet seaside residence close to the water. The pool schedule is awkward, though, only 10am-12pm and 4pm-8pm. In summer, the parking lot is too small and finding a spot is difficult.
The residence's pool is spacious, but there's too little room for towels, and the liner was completely detached during the 2022 season. That could be a drowning hazard for small children who might get caught in it, so I hope it gets fixed soon. Diving isn't allowed either, and banning harmless pool toys like dive toys, figures, or rubber rings seems completely absurd to me. There were far too many people when we arrived, and no free private parking spaces. Maybe owners don't let guests use their underground parking, maybe people come with several cars, or maybe nearby residents invite themselves in. The entry badge doesn't stop it. The maintenance and security staff are adequate. I wouldn't really recommend this place if you plan to use a car, though being so close to the sea is an advantage for everyone else.
The area is lovely, and the shopkeepers are great. But some landlords don't keep their word and seem to think they're renting out the holy grail, charging exorbitant prices and then backing out at the last minute. That left us in a difficult spot.
The room has everything and is cozy, and the sea is beautiful. But the internet and phone service are blocked, so it feels like the Stone Age. To call or text anyone, you have to run off the property. That outdated setup is why I can't recommend these apartments. Owners, please stop blocking the phone service. I definitely won't book here again. It's a shame, because the location, the sea, and the room are all perfectly fine.
