My car was vandalized in the supposedly secure underground parking garage, on top of everything else. The pool wasn't working, there was no smoke detector, the sheet had a hole, the toilet seat was old, the door lock was broken, the shower door was moldy at the bottom, and the sofa bed pillows were basic. As a Genius customer, I think this place is a disgrace to Booking.com. Avoid it at all costs!

The terrace was huge and looked out over the pool, and the air conditioning worked really well. The apartment was great. The Ponant pond is right beside the residence, with a few shops nearby, and the beach isn't a very long walk away. Parking at the residence is easy.

The common areas are shabby, and the residence has aged badly. The apartment I was offered, which was rented by individuals, was very old-fashioned. The shower room was outdated, like the rest of it.

There were five of us in a six-person apartment for two pleasant nights. It was well laid out and very clean, with enough useful amenities: an oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and so on. The beds were very comfortable, and the setting was nicely wooded, near the pond. We didn't try the pool or air conditioning. There's just one bathroom, with the toilet inside, which feels a bit cramped with several people. Having a parking space was nice, and there's a small extra lot nearby. The owner was accommodating, communication was good, and it was good value for money.
