La Cage aux Oiseaux

The meals, made with local ingredients, were delicious, and the rooms felt original, comfortable, and tastefully done. We had a really good day of coworking here: the welcome was warm, and the beautiful, quiet surroundings made it easy to work efficiently. A very positive experience.

We came across the place while on a motorcycle trip and had a wonderful weekend. Corinne put so much care into the excellent meals and breakfasts. Our room was spotless, the decor was stunning, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. We’re already looking forward to returning and trying the Nordic bath.

The Nordic bath, with spring water heated over a wood fire, was a real highlight, and I also enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, and breakfast. We were a group of 17, staying among several peaceful, welcoming cottages that reflect Coco and Laurent’s personalities. Laurent cooked over a wood fire in the beautiful wrought-iron bar, a shared space where we could keep the evening going with music and dancing. Coco is a ceramic artist and makes delicious desserts. Everything went perfectly, and Coco and Laurent were so hospitable and friendly. A lovely place to recharge.

Leo's cabin was such a cozy place, and the owner was lovely. We only stayed for one weekend, but wished we could’ve added at least three more days. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic, and the jacuzzi had us relaxed in about five minutes. There’s a barbecue, a comfy hanging nook, a hammock, and plenty of other little extras. Can’t wait to see what surprises are in store!
