The landlord is squalid and charges exorbitant prices. Former tenants have had multiple convictions for fraud and abuse. Avoid this place at all costs. Even if you're desperate for somewhere else, don't go there!

You feel at home here, surrounded by horses and the people who run the estate. It's such a welcoming place, with a great reception. The best!!

I went for a ride once and loved the place. The welcome was great, and the horses were magnificent. Thanks to them.

The birthday party had an appalling reception and the entertainment was subpar. Then there were the aggressive horses. Avoid at all costs!
