The ski-in/ski-out position is perfect, and Belle Plagne itself was nice, but I wouldn’t return to these apartments. They’re old-fashioned and need an upgrade. Shops are quite a walk away, with an uphill trek back, and getting from the coach drop-off point is a long walk, all uphill. The rooms are tiny. Mine was for five, but even on my own I felt cramped, and there’s no way five people could share it. The kitchen is poorly equipped: all the knives are useless, the dishwasher leaves everything dirty, and although there’s a kettle and toaster, there are no plug sockets in the kitchen. So weird. It was okay for a week.
