There are narrow indoor galleries packed with bars, restaurants, a couple of supermarkets, ski shops, and local food and souvenir stores. Residential doors lead to accommodation upstairs. It’s nothing like the wide-open malls in the US, but it fits perfectly at the foot of a big ski resort. If there were a nuclear war, you could live your whole life in these passageways!

We had a beautiful apartment right at the foot of the slopes, with a restaurant downstairs. The resort was lovely, and it snowed while we were there. So cool!

There's loads to do at this great resort. I didn't have time to try the bike park, unfortunately, but the zipline was awesome.
