The place looked nothing like its pictures, and the staff were the rudest people I've encountered in France. When I tried to raise concerns calmly, they threatened to call the police because I was supposedly “ungrateful.” The apartment itself was dirty, broken and badly maintained. We cleaned the whole place before checkout, but they still made up claims about dirt to charge extra cleaning fees. They also blamed us for broken items in order to keep our deposit. The pool and spa seem to be there just to support the four-star rating. The pool was colder than the ski slopes outside, which were at -10°C. You supposedly have to reserve the sauna and Turkish bath, but they were “never available,” and the hours made them almost impossible to use. Avoid this place at all costs. Save your money, time and sanity.

At checkout, they added €80 to our bill, saying our room floor wasn't clean. We'd made a point of mopping it ourselves before leaving, so the charge felt like an excuse to get more money from us. The pool was freezing and unusable, despite being promoted as a main amenity. This was the worst hotel stay we've ever had. Cold facilities, hostile staff and an unjust charge made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant. I'd tell anyone to avoid the place. 1/5 stars, and I'd give it 0 if I could.

In 30 years of travel, this is the worst place I've stayed. The apartment was filthy when we arrived, including the beds, floors, toilets and shower. Disgusting. The beds were very uncomfortable, and none of us could sleep because we heard tables, chairs and other things scraping over the tiled floors all night. The pool was very cold, and the sauna wasn't working. Two people in our group of four cut their ski holiday short and went home after seven days. Avoid at all costs.

The front door took 20 minutes to open every time. Maintenance sent someone who put oil on the lock, then walked off. The apartment was dirty, the toilet smelled, and shelves and a seat were falling apart. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the floor every night. After we got home, Crystal showed no interest in my complaint. We'll use Inghams again in future.
