Isabelle was really helpful and communicative before our stay. The apartment was warm, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, cleaning supplies included. It's true ski-in, ski-out, right beside the Montchavin lift in Les Coches, with a short walk to the village, supermarket, and ticket office for the first day. Great value for what we paid, and a great experience.

The place is badly outdated. The beds and even the sheets smell, and the beds are well past due for replacement. The bathroom has mold and the drain doesn't work. The shower hose doesn't work properly either. When I complained, reception said the technician had told them it was supposed to work that way. The main room's heating is broken, and at 188 cm I kept bumping my head on the ceiling. Avoid it.

I got stuck trying to leave the parking lot and asked for help, but they refused in French. The staff don't speak English and didn't even try to understand me. Their attitude toward customers was disgusting and completely dismissive. Wouldn't recommend.

Being able to ski straight in and out is the main thing you need. The ski lockers are a little too small. There's no bar or restaurant, though there's free Wi-Fi.
