Résidence Le Cervin

The good points were the low price and how close it was to the slopes. But the room we booked for five was much too small. The bed base was broken, so I had to try to fix it before going to sleep and hope it held through the night. Two outlets were hanging out of the wall when we checked in, though someone was sent to repair them the next day. We did the inventory at check-in and missed that the coffee maker handle was broken. It looked fine at first, but when we poured the first coffee, the top of the handle came away. We’d already handed in the inventory, so couldn’t note it. At checkout they said we had broken it and charged us 20€. I understand their reasoning, but the woman at the counter was downright rude and treated me like a criminal. I’ve rarely had such unfriendly service. I wouldn’t stay at this residence again.
