The best part was the ski-in/ski-out access, which made getting to the slopes very easy. Beyond that, I don't have much to praise. The apartments were okay, modest and a bit dated, though generally maintained. Heating wasn't on when we arrived, so we had to ask for it. Even once it was switched on, one room stayed uncomfortably cold for our entire stay. Chalet 1's ski room was a real letdown. It smelled strongly of sewage and felt damp and heavy, almost like a public restroom. I wouldn't want to leave expensive ski gear there. Checkout was also a surprise for a place in this category. We were expected to do a lot of cleaning ourselves, including washing the kitchenware, cleaning the living area, and taking off the bed linens. We were explicitly told extra fees might apply if the work wasn't done to the required standard. For a property presented as a 4-star hotel, costing over €7,000 per apartment per week, that level of service felt inappropriate. It's been a long time since I've experienced so little customer-oriented service in accommodation of this level.

We enjoyed the vacation, and the six-room apartment we rented was great. Communication with the property was also very good. The place has a lot of potential, and the apartment has been renovated, but the ski room seems to have had no investment. The ski room is old and wet, with no drying facilities. The equipment locker locks securely, but it's damp inside, with nowhere to hang or dry ski boots. Starting the day in wet boots isn't fun. The hotel controls the heating, so the room and shower room stay cold unless you ask them to turn it on. These things need fixing to make the stay worth the money. Thanks.

The location was beautiful and right by the ski runs. We liked the storage space in the rooms, the croissants delivered in the morning, and the fireplace, which gave the house a cosy alpine feel. The heating couldn't be adjusted and wasn't enough, so the room was cold. The spa was crowded and not very clean, and children weren't allowed in the sauna. There was also a very unpleasant, strong smell in the ski and boot rooms, so we dried our boots in the apartment instead.

There were 12 of us, and the flat was brilliant for the whole family. The staff were great, and we were close to the slopes with shops and restaurants easy to reach.

The rooms and the view were beautiful, and the location is great for skiing straight in and out. But the wifi ruins it, there isn't any wifi at all.
