The hosts were so kind and even mapped out places to visit on Ile de Ré that fit the time we had. We were delighted with the stay and will come back and recommend it. Our room was spacious enough for a travel cot, so we didn't have to squeeze past each other, and it was clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet at night, with shutters and double curtains to keep the room dark. Breakfast was complete, and we enjoyed a hot drink in peace on the terrace. We stayed here while visiting La Rochelle with our 2-year-old baby. A magnificent guesthouse.

That Sunday market in La Palice, right next to number 33 bis, is amazing. The hosts are lovely and made us feel very welcome. It’s peaceful here, tucked away from the city center noise, and would suit couples or families. We highly recommend it. Thanks! We can’t wait to come back, even though we haven’t left yet. 👌😊
