Pierre-Julien deserves a special mention for running the campsite with care and professionalism. He had everything under control, was always available, and made sure guests felt welcome and supported. Our chalet was right by the forest, and even in the warm weather we were comfortable inside and out on the terrace. There was plenty for families to do. The playground and well-kept pool, including a large area for babies and toddlers, were lovely, and older kids had a good outdoor space for football or basketball. In summer, the evening entertainment included several concerts and a magic show that both children and adults enjoyed. Daytime activities like crafts, guided walks and treasure hunts were well organized. The bread roll service was excellent. Food choices could have been more varied, but the pizza was decent and convenient with a family, and the cheese or cold-cut boards were a nice snack option. It's a well-managed campsite with a warm, thoughtful family atmosphere. We'd gladly return.

We had planned to stay for a week, but left early because the campsite was so loud. Families with kids were running around, screaming and crying at all hours, day and night. Quiet hours start at 10 pm, but most guests seemed to ignore the rule, and management did nothing to keep things peaceful. It's unclear why the owners put guests without kids in huts surrounded by loud family groups. When we asked to move somewhere quieter, management did nothing to help. We won't return to Huttopia and wouldn't recommend this place.

We left early because the noise from families with children continued past 11 pm. Huttopia packs huts close together in a small area, apparently to maximize profits, and it leaves guests with little chance to relax. That's a bad business model. We asked management to move us away from the loud parents and kids, but they didn't act on our requests. This place isn't suited to anyone looking for peace and quiet. We won't be back.

We booked seven nights but left after just one because of the constant noise from neighbors, children and the outdoor adventure park right beside this tiny campsite. The chalet walls were paper-thin, and three other chalets, each with families of 3-5 children, were within three metres of us. Reception staff weren't helpful and wouldn't accommodate our request to move. We contacted Huttopia twice for a refund for the remaining six nights, which felt like the least they could do after all the trouble, including driving 2600 km back and forth within three days. Huttopia hasn't responded. That's unprofessional and disrespectful, and this company provides no customer service.

The staff were really helpful and experienced with campers who can't get a tent up on the hard ground. They can point you to the nearest outdoor shop or lend you a stone hammer. The soil is literally rock hard across the site and can break tent pegs, unless you have professional pegs for hard ground, so I wouldn't recommend tenting here. A campervan or rented cabin would work better. It's a good location for a stay in Southern France near the sea. The beer is excellent, as at all Huttopia locations, and the weekend pizzas are good too. The pool and facilities are nice, and the campsite has a pleasant atmosphere.
