The bar really needs renovation, from the armchairs to the walls. I don't recommend it at all. When the father ran the restaurant, it was very average, and I don't know what it's like now. I'm not going back. There are much better spots in Roeze, like Bar and Aux Bonnes Planches, where people don't stare at you as if you're an alien. 🤔🤬 The welcome started out warm, friendly, and smiling, then suddenly everything changed. We weren't allowed to be served anymore. It was a monumental misunderstanding, just utter nonsense. The owner changed his tune, and I have no idea why. I presume the waitress will recognize herself. One minute she was smiling, the next she was frowning.

The homemade rabbit terrine was delicious, and the chicken fillet with oyster mushrooms was to die for. The service was friendly and welcoming as always. We had a really pleasant time. I love places where you leave satisfied without spending a fortune. I highly recommend it.

The sirloin I ordered rare came out medium, and though the meat was tender, it had no taste at all. The fries were undercooked and soaked in oil, and the green beans were dried out. For what you get, the prices are high, and there was no compensation at all. Mediocre food. The kebab shop across the street has nothing to worry about!

There was no atmosphere when we came as a couple on Saturday evening, and we were the only customers. The food was reheated and tasteless. At those prices, I can see why the restaurant is doing so poorly.
