Charlie struck a great balance during our wedding weekend, always available and helpful without getting in the way. She showed us around Domaine de la Montagnette in La Teste and suggested local vendors, with no pressure to use them. We had 35 guests, and everyone enjoyed the joyful, relaxed atmosphere and the feeling of being somewhere timeless. The houses and venue were clean and practical, and we had everything we needed. We held the reception outdoors, so bad weather takes some planning, though it can be managed. Sound levels are limited, but we still had a great time and even played live music early in the evening. It was an unforgettable weekend. We’d absolutely recommend this place for a simple, relaxed wedding surrounded by nature.

We spent 15 lovely days here with friends and all the kids, and got around everywhere by bike. The large house had everything we needed, and the location worked out perfectly. Thanks, Charlie, for being so welcoming and dedicated. We’d happily come back.

Charlie and Gauthier are such charming, welcoming hosts. We had two wonderful days at Domaine de la Montagnette, surrounded by pine and oak trees, with the natural pool tucked among them. A really beautiful experience!

We’ve stayed at La Montagnette for two summers now and are sure to return. The houses are comfortable, well insulated, and stay cool in hot weather, with good beds. The estate itself is beautiful, peaceful, carefully maintained, and set naturally into the forest. The hosts are warm and attentive. They also offer lovely extras on site, including massages and pizzas. We highly recommend it.

The team was kind, professional, and easy to reach during the planning and over the wedding weekend, and the estate helped make the day unforgettable. The grounds are beautiful and bucolic, with a friendly feel and a peaceful, convivial atmosphere. We loved the charming village square and superb pool. The well-kept, comfortable houses also gave some of our guests a place to stay. We had a magical weekend with our loved ones. A huge thank you to everyone there!
