The rooms were spotless and quiet, so we got a proper rest before getting back on the road. The pillows were the one thing I’d ask to change next time. We arrived just two minutes before dinner service ended, and they still welcomed us and our dog warmly. After a tiring drive from Poland to Portugal with my Mom and dog, we really appreciated all the care and attention during our one-night stop. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I could hear the couple next door breathing, coughing, and sniffing as if they were right beside my ear. It felt like we were all sharing one bed, and I barely slept. The walls offered almost no separation between rooms. What made it even more frustrating was how large the building is and how few guests seemed to be there, yet we were placed right next to each other. We chose the hotel because it was conveniently off the highway for a stop during an evening road trip. That was the only upside. It was the most uncomfortable hotel night I’ve had.

The restaurant was good, with a decent range of dishes that tasted great. I stayed two nights for work nearby, and the location suited me perfectly. My room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, and the service was good. Worth considering if you need to be near Lyon.

I’ve stayed here three times, and this visit was in winter. There were fewer food and drink options, and the place felt much quieter than it does in summer. It’s a good hotel otherwise, with a restaurant by the pool, and the atmosphere is especially nice in summer. Rooms are medium-sized, tidy, and clean. Public transport connections are limited.

For €200 for one night, with no breakfast included, I arrived to find there was no electricity in the rooms and no hot water for a shower. There was no UEFA Euro football on the TV, or anything else on it. A horrible experience.
