Domaine De Brousson

Love going there. It’s a fantastic Swedish-run place.

The room was spacious, clean, and just right, and the bed was comfortable. With the windows open, you can hear a little road noise. Our hosts were attentive the whole time, from arrival through departure, and breakfast was generous, varied, and mostly homemade, with jams, cakes, spreads, and crepes. We had an excellent stay.

We stayed at Domaine de Brousson for 7 days, their longest stay so far, and had a wonderful time. The building is beautiful, with refined decor, and the whole place feels warm and welcoming. Anna made fabulous breakfasts, with something new each day, including homemade jams, cakes, muesli, and pancakes. Anders was always happy to suggest a restaurant or wine cellar to visit. They’re attentive, lovely hosts who do a lot to make guests comfortable. We’ll remember the stay fondly and I really recommend it. Knowing some English helps if you want to communicate well, but the place is still absolutely worth visiting.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful building, and the hosts were friendly. They’re a Swedish couple who speak English but very little French, so the language barrier was the one difficulty. Breakfast was a treat, with plenty of variety and high-quality organic or homemade products. I highly recommend the place.
