The hosts clearly put thought into making guests comfortable. Even though Studio 349 is compact, it has a surprising amount of useful gear, from kitchen appliances and utensils to beach mats and a cooler. There’s even an iron for dinner out, plus a coffee maker, capsule machine, kettle, grill, extension cord and aluminum foil, among plenty of other things. They leave a little ground coffee for that first breakfast, too. The place feels warm and welcoming, with tasteful, careful, practical furnishings. The building may once have been a hotel with rooms that had no kitchens, but it’s now a block of condominiums with kitchenettes.
