The breakfast was a real highlight, with homemade yogurt, breads, plenty of fruit, and lots of jams. The host was friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice range of local products for sale downstairs. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with toilets and showers, and the old 300-year-old property is lovely. It’s very peaceful out in the countryside, though the location is quite remote. There isn’t much in the village, so dinner at a local restaurant means at least a 20-minute drive. A great stopover, and a much nicer option than an Ibis or somewhere similar.

The owner made us feel welcome and gave us a fun explanation of the local foods at breakfast. A lovely little B&B, with cozy rooms that had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful breakfast, with homemade yogurt and cheese, fresh croissants, and lots of fruit. The hosts were chatty and very friendly, and spoke excellent English while letting us practice our French too. They explained all the delicious food they served and the wine we were buying. We stayed just one night, and found the place comfortable and the surrounding countryside beautiful.

The room was already cool when we arrived on a very hot day, thanks to the host opening the windows and closing the blinds and curtains beforehand. He welcomed us warmly, spoke excellent English, explained that breakfast was included, and showed us to one of the three rooms we could see. There was plenty of parking, a vegetable garden, and a lovely seating spot in the grounds. We sat in the cool shade with the other guests and ate cheese after visiting the local supermarket. Breakfast meant fresh bread and croissants from the bakery, plus homemade yogurt, jam, honey, cake, and sugar they had flavored themselves, which was lovely in the yogurt. The little shop by the entrance sold what looked like local produce, and we found a gift for a friend there, though they don’t take cards. We’d been looking forward to our stay all week and weren’t disappointed. The place and the host were so good that we’ll definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed one night on the way from the UK to Spain. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the quiet setting meant we slept really well. It’s a charming place, and the hosts were helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast was generous, with tasty local produce.
