The week went by in a flash, with so much to do: a chestnut farm visit, artisan workshops, hikes, and other activities, all thanks to the owners’ helpful local tips. We also loved the set-menu dinner, which you need to reserve, and those breathtaking views. The hosts’ warmth made the stay feel special. A lovely place to switch off and recharge.

We got in touch and arrived only a few hours later, and Patrice and Annick still made us feel so welcome. The cottage is quiet and pleasant, with a breathtaking view. We’d happily come back for a few days in this magical place.

The food at L'Oustau is well worth trying. Annick and Patrice cook delicious meals, and Patrice’s Ardèche wine picks and recommendations are always a safe bet. Anyone who enjoys good food, local produce, and lovely walks will be happy here. The guesthouse itself has a peaceful, unspoiled natural setting and a warm, generous, authentic feel. Patrice and Annick were wonderful hosts, always available and so keen to share. We can’t wait to return.

We spent a week here as a family and left with lovely memories, already wanting to return to this charming village. The gîte was comfortable, and its private terrace had breathtaking views. The setting is magnificent, and the welcome was very friendly.

Croissants, cake, and homemade jams at breakfast, then local and artisanal products for dinner. There are sports activities nearby, too. The place is magnificent, and the hosts match the setting with their warm, friendly welcome. Nature is everywhere and has something to amaze you at any time of day. We were completely won over by this peaceful haven.
