The oceanfront location is good, right on the first line, but the interior and furniture are old.

The studio has a lovely partial view of the ocean, but the noise made it a poor stay. It's badly soundproofed, and a nearby restaurant played music all evening until 1 or 2 AM. Drunk tourists in the building carried on until 4 AM, with doors banging and other noise. There were also very unpleasant garbage smells. With all those disturbances, I don't recommend this kind of studio. Studio address: 1 Rue du Lieutenant Princeteau, apartment #89

We had a seafront apartment with a terrace and no neighbors looking in, which was great. But bars and restaurants right below stayed open until 1:30 or even 2:00 AM with loud music. Then at 4:00 AM, drunken tourists leaving parties would wake us by shouting in the street.

If you're a couple who likes partying, the noise here might suit you. Anyone wanting quiet nights should look elsewhere.

The view is magnificent, but the apartment is average and the place is too noisy. Cleanliness was average too.
