Being so close to the sea was a real plus, and the little apartment had a nice big balcony and a bath. I also liked getting a cleaning kit with ECO detergents. The beds let it down for me, though: too small and too hard.

There are plenty of places to eat in town, the beach is only 2 minutes away, and the bakery is a 5-minute walk for breakfast. Our room had useful storage for clothes and food, but the layout was extremely cramped for four, so we had to leave our suitcases on the balcony. It was a single room with a pullout bed, meant to sleep 4. The toilet is so tiny you can sit down with the door shut, and its door feels thin. Staff seemed a bit unmotivated. The place is somewhat run-down, perhaps because it mixes owner-held units and rentals and the owners can't agree. At 1300€ in high season, it felt pretty pricey.

Being right next to the beach made this a very convenient base, with restaurants, grocery stores, and surf schools nearby. You can take a group lesson or rent a board and head out on your own. We enjoyed every day here. The hotel had what we needed, including quiet, spacious rooms with private bathrooms and small kitchens, laundry service, an outdoor pool, and an oven view.

The location is very good and the service was ok, but the apartment is very small. For 6 people it's much too cramped, and even with 4 it's still tiny. If you're going with 4, get the apartment for 6.
