Marie greeted us so courteously, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. It was a short stay, but a satisfying one. The room got very hot, though, and there was no air conditioning. Watch out for the slippery bathtub, I fell.

On the second morning, nobody was in the dining room, so we were left with plastic-wrapped madeleines. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 AM, but there was still no one there at 8:00. The food and breakfast were basic and tasteless, and the room towels were napkin-sized. The manager can't take criticism. Avoid this place. For the same price or less, you can find a much warmer welcome, better service, and better food. We know because the next day we stayed at another hotel in the same chain, Logis Hôtel, and had a very pleasant stay.

The view was magnificent, and we felt very comfortable. The welcome was absolutely perfect, and both breakfast and the other meals were excellent. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a fantastic time.

We were only stopping for a meal on February 14th, but what a disaster. On April 25th, I changed my rating from 2 to 1 after your response, which unfortunately confirmed how incompetent things were that evening. We’re a couple with no children, and we booked two days ahead with a set arrival time meant to streamline service. Instead, the wait dragged on for four hours. They offered us two cocktails, then five minutes later, back in the dining room, there was no pineapple juice. It had been replaced with apple juice, which we declined. Orders were taken by seating plan instead of arrival order, which was unheard of. When they got to the fourth table, a mistake sent them back to the start. A ribeye for two apparently wasn't possible if the lady didn't want it, so they suggested sharing it with the next table. In the end, my friend got an overcooked ribeye. The bottle of wine we chose wasn't available, which can happen. But the replacement came after our appetizers had been cleared, and the bill still charged us for the more expensive bottle we'd originally chosen. Unacceptable. Coffee was also charged at €17 instead of €1.70, though they corrected it after we pointed it out. And between the cocktails and appetizers, the robot vacuum cleaner started up. From beginning to end, we honestly thought it was a hidden-camera prank. The only upside? Telling our friends and family about the evening gave them plenty of laughs. A memorable experience, but we definitely don't recommend this place for dinner.
