The rooms work well and everything is very clean. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and activities to the shuttle driver and cleaning staff, was lovely and did a good job. The trouble was the ongoing noise from residents slamming doors, walking around in high heels in their rooms, leaving them on, and barking. The rooms really need better soundproofing.

Aude and Christine were kind and always available, thank you both. This was our second year, and once again the spa stay was organized really well. We also had a very comfortable bed in the apartment. The occasional dogs barking and people chatting outside come down to inconsiderate behavior. Since this is a residence for spa guests and people go to bed early, it's generally quiet. 😉

We spent three weeks here in August during a spell of very hot weather. The bedroom ceiling fan didn't help, there was no air conditioning, and the windows had thermal curtains but no shutters, as the photos show. We faced a holiday residence, and nighttime noise made it hard to rest while having spa treatment. The listing described a quiet spot just minutes from the thermal baths, but it took us 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. Even the shuttle bus costs extra, so the value for money is really poor. I wouldn't stay here in the hot months.

This is my second year at the residence run by the Chaîne Thermale du Soleil group. The price is high for Lamalou-les-Bains, and the photos make it look nicer than it is. Some of the furniture is getting worn, including a cracked armchair, and the kitchen tap won't stay in place. The old windows are hard to close. There's no air conditioning, so the apartment can't be cooled, and wheelchair users can't get onto the balcony.
