KoonTy : Chambres et Appartements à Landerneau

The staff's response was the most disappointing part. They didn't apologize, seemed suspicious of what I was telling them, and stayed vague even after I sent photos. On arrival the room wasn't ready, and there was no one available to help. The SMS access instructions didn't explain what to do if something went wrong. After half an hour of trying, I finally reached a number I'd found by chance. The people on the phone didn't seem trained in customer service or hotels. The room itself wasn't the main issue.

It's a very quiet area, with shops you can reach on foot. The apartments are clean and well equipped, and there were lots of thoughtful touches even though we arrived independently. Ask if you need anything, they respond quickly and are very helpful. A superb aparthotel, highly recommended.

We were there at the end of December, and it was very quiet. The bedding was excellent, and the decor felt warm and welcoming. Coffee and tea were provided. Breakfast isn't included, though you can order a kit to be brought to your room.

The location is ideal, close to all the amenities, and breakfast deserves a special mention. The apartments and rooms, along with the service, are all outstanding quality. We had a wonderful stay at this upscale aparthotel, and I highly recommend it.
