We showed up in person without a reservation, and the staff member who welcomed us really made an effort to find a room with a good price and a convenient location. The hotel itself is lovely, and the welcome was warm and friendly, with a bit of humor that we appreciated. Thanks again, and all the best. We highly recommend it.
