We were thinking today about our honeymoon 11 years ago and about Anne Marie. She looked after us so well, and made us a wonderful breakfast with so much care and attention to detail. We searched for her on Google and found her! We hope she continues to do well and that more travelers get lucky enough to visit her.

The owner was welcoming, and her homemade jams are a real treat. We had a studio separate from the main house, with a fitted kitchen and a bathroom that had a window. It was very well equipped. The location works perfectly for visiting the town and its castle, and you can walk to the Sunday morning market. The garden and vegetable patch have a magnificent view. We'll be back.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the location near the castle is beautiful. The owner is friendly and only speaks French, but she manages to make herself understood! A good experience, recommended.

The studio had kitchen utensils and gave us complete independence and peace and quiet. We also really liked the garden and the location in Langeais. The welcome was very pleasant and friendly. There were a few downsides: we felt rushed at checkout time, which was 11 a.m. The church is just a stone's throw away, and its bell tower chimes every half hour from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Even with a housekeeper there, we had to help with cleaning, including vacuuming.
