We felt completely at home with such kind people. Michel's jams and Bernadette's homemade cake were a treat, and their suggestions for restaurants, oysters, and walks were really useful. The hosts were warm and helpful, the house welcoming, and the little outdoor seating area was great for relaxing. There’s also a superb pool and easy parking. It’s well placed for the port and market. We’ll be back, and hope nothing changes.

We didn't find the hosts welcoming or accommodating. They made unprofessional comments about vacationers to other people, without any discretion. The way they spoke felt neocolonialist and paternalistic, like something from the last century. The location isn't as convenient as advertised, and you'll need a car unless you're a strong walker. For the price, it was average, and there was no bathroom or toilet in the room.

We were able to arrive early, and Bernadette was so accommodating that she even drove us to the restaurant by the port. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, and the location is excellent. For the pool, breakfast, and location, the value for money was exceptional. We had a lovely short stay at Bernadette Michelet's and felt very welcome.

The bed was superb, the pool lovely, and breakfast was magnificent. Bernadette and Michel were warm and welcoming, and we had an exceptional stay for a price that's hard to beat. Thank you both. Go without hesitation!
