I slept really comfortably, and breakfast was excellent. Luna was so helpful!

There was nobody from staff or management around to deal with the noise. Children kept running and crying late at night, doors banged open and shut, and adults talked loudly in the corridors. It made getting any rest impossible, and the atmosphere felt disrespectful. A really disappointing stay. I’d choose somewhere else.

The place is cheap, but still not worth what it costs. They try to pressure guests into leaving positive Google reviews. The only hostess told me she could lose her job if enough people didn’t leave good reviews mentioning her. That’s awful if it’s true, and shady either way. After I posted this, the establishment replied by blaming me and implying I’d been banned. They didn’t take responsibility or address what I’d raised. That says a lot about how they do business.

The hotel was really noisy, and sleeping past 7 in the morning was impossible. The woman there was horrible. She wouldn’t speak English, wasn’t approachable, and didn’t try to listen politely. She was outside smoking and walking her dog.
