I stayed here during the first year of my master’s and had a great experience. The staff were always friendly and quick to help with anything.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the service team was professional and kind. Especially the young receptionist "AYA" 🥰. My husband and I had an amazing experience, and I’d love to come back 😍

Françoise, the manager, is very kind. I lived here for a year and had lots of great moments. There are parties sometimes, and it’s really nice to join in and meet lots of new friends. The buildings are clean and modern 🥰

2/10
The shower was rusty and full of hair, and the water jets were painfully strong. There was also a dirty shoe mark on the ceiling. The room was unbearably hot because the AC didn’t work, though they said it was set to an “eco” temperature. I had to open the windows, then spent the whole night unable to sleep because of mosquitoes. A dog barked nonstop, too. The staff seemed polite, but didn’t care to listen. I usually try to be patient with hotels, but this was extremely disappointing. If you want mosquitoes, a stuffy room, and a filthy shower, this is the place. Otherwise, I strongly don’t recommend it.

The staff are great, friendly, and supportive. It’s a very welcoming, peaceful, and well organized residence, and you get everything you need here.
