The main upside is the EV setup: four charging points at a good rate of 29 cents per kWh. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. But for a newly built hotel, the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. The walls seem paper-thin, so you hear the neighboring rooms and the hallway. If you end up by the staircase, a loud door may wake you several times during the night.

We had our two dogs with us, and the hotel was friendly and accommodating for guests with pets. There’s plenty of parking, plus several restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable for a one-night stop on the way from St Tropez to Calais. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel on our holiday, which made rinsing my long hair much easier. I also appreciated the trays at breakfast. We’ve stayed in four hotels on this trip, and this was the only one that offered them, so I didn’t have to make several trips to the food counter. Well done BBHotels! My only disappointment was not being able to make tea in the room in the evening. Tea or coffee supplies would be nice, but it was a small inconvenience and didn’t spoil our stay. We’ll certainly visit again.

The room for three adults had plenty of space, and it was very clean, as we’ve come to expect from the B&B hotels we’ve stayed in. The receptionist was lovely and spoke good English. There are places to eat nearby, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from the A5 for our drive from Spain to the le shuttle. We like that B&B hotels have electric car chargers, which is a real plus. Fastned chargers are also just across from the hotel. We’d highly recommend staying here.

We come back here on our trips through Europe when we're heading south. It’s easy to find, and there’s a yummy patisserie next door. The accommodation is simple but works fine for an overnight stop. Rooms have air conditioning and comfortable beds.
