We arrived on a whim and were warmly welcomed into a spacious, pleasant room. The staff helped us find the right parking spot and made our kids feel at home. They loved the pool, and we were even allowed to keep a book from the hotel shelf. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially on a Saturday when the market is right outside the front door.

Bright, spacious rooms with all the modern conveniences, a lovely hostess, and a terrific breakfast. It’s clean and such a delightful oasis that it’s worth making a special trip to stay, unwind, and explore the area.

The garden is lovely, the atmosphere is really nice, and the service was very good. The staff seemed to work well together, and the servers were nice. We enjoyed our dishes: the egg starter was good, as were the veal and fish mains. The plating looks like fine dining, though the food wasn’t the best gastronomic experience for me. It’s more like very good brasserie food with beautiful presentation. Dessert was basic, but the food won’t disappoint. Prices seemed reasonable: EPD for 23€, two lunch plates for 19€.

We only came for tapas since we live nearby and didn’t stay in the hotel. The food was lovely, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very pleasant. It’s a charming little oasis in the middle of Lavaur, a beautiful, typical town in the Tarn.
