The chalet could be a great place, but we didn't feel its potential was being used well. It can sleep 15 people, and the owner was welcoming and professional. We found the manager less friendly and sometimes rigid about the €2,000 security deposit. He seemed very particular about possible reasons to keep it, and didn't hesitate to bring up legal action if someone left a negative review. The price seemed high for what was included, since essential things like cleaning and linens cost extra. There was also no exterior lighting at night, which can be a problem.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the apartment was comfortable, bright, and spacious enough to live in easily. Its modern living room and the mezzanine, with plenty of headroom in the sleeping area, were especially nice. The bedding was very comfortable, and the view looks out over the Sagnes plain. It's ski-in/ski-out and the location couldn't be beat. The one small drawback is having to climb three flights of stairs. We were ready to ski the whole time, so we were in good shape and it didn't bother us. I highly recommend it!

The only downsides were the soundproofing and some noise. We had very noisy neighbors, and around 3:00 a.m. the ski lift vehicles were working. I'm a light sleeper, so I'd recommend earplugs. Otherwise, the apartments were clean and very well-equipped, with plenty of services just downstairs. The residence is right at the foot of the slopes, couldn't ask for a better spot for enjoying the Lioran resort. Price per night in January: €190.

The apartment was clean, practical, and well-located, and we loved staying at this residence. We had some personal issues during the trip, and the receptionist was unusually kind and attentive. I highly recommend it, go for it.
