Nai'a Village - Soleil Bleu by Nai'a

The setting is beautiful, and Natalia from the staff was helpful, but the rest of our two-night stay was extremely disappointing. We chose it for the great location in Ramatuelle. The room was incredibly dirty when we arrived, clearly not cleaned before check-in, and there were so many insects inside that it was uncomfortable. Despite presenting themselves as a hotel, they expect guests to clean the room before leaving or pay an extra charge. That felt absurd given the condition we found it in. The brunette receptionist was rude, unhelpful and quick to complain, making the place feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. They also say they're dog-friendly, but that didn't match our experience. Even a moment of barking brought complaints, which seems unrealistic for a place that allows pets. I wouldn't recommend it. One star, only for the location.

We booked without a reservation and paid 21€ with electric. The pitches were large, but the routes around the camp were very tight for our 7.6m vehicle, so you need to take care. We stayed two nights because it was perfectly placed for cycling to Le Barcares beach. The shower block was clean, though there was a fly infestation, and you need to bring your own toilet roll. All in all, decent for the price, especially since the “resorts” next door charged double.

Top campsite, with nice staff and a lovely swimming pool+++++++

There are plenty of trees for shade, and it's within walking distance of the beach. A nice, quiet site with friendly staff.
