We had a fantastic three-day stay. It was warm for late October, and other people were swimming in the sea and sunbathing on the beach, though I wasn't. Our apartment, # 3212, was spacious, bright, spotless, and well equipped. From the balcony we could see the pool and gardens, with the mountains behind them. A lovely break in a fabulous residence.

The residence and pool are both really beautiful. It's a shame some apartment and house owners make remarks about tourists being paupers when we go to the pool.

There were lots of bed bugs in the sheets. Hygiene needs to be better, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The apartments and other accommodation are very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and committed. It's a great place, and I highly recommend it. The co-owners, though, are grumpy, gloomy people who criticize everything you do. The kids scream, water gets spilled from the pool, the car is noisy, you pass by too often, it's suspicious...

The place itself was perfect and spacious, and the service was excellent. We were there for two days over New Year's Eve, but on the first day we had to leave the house at 10 a.m. That felt excessive after staying up for New Year's Eve, when you'd naturally sleep later. They weren't flexible at all and wouldn't even let us check out at 11 without charging extra. Since we had no tickets for the next day, they could have been more considerate. I also thought it was too much to be asked to make the bed when we arrived, strip it when we left, and empty the dishwasher, given that cleaning is included in the price.
