A big concrete residence near the sandy beach, with a parking space of its own.

The sea views and seafront are breathtaking, and you can walk straight from the residence onto the beach without needing a car. The shared areas are clean, and parking is secure.

From the apartment, the view is magnificent, with the sea and sailboats right there. The apartments are on the sand, so there's no road to cross, and falling asleep to the waves and waking up to that view left me with an unforgettable memory. The newly renovated storefront has artwork showing The Great Wave off Kanagawa.

We were disappointed, especially since nobody told us construction work would block access to the beach. The apartment itself was old and dirty, the mattress and sofa bed were both very worn and uncomfortable, and getting onto the terrace meant stepping over a cinder block. The bathroom was old too, and there was no hot water.
