The freshly cooked food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I ordered the ‘bar’, which is similar to sea bass. Have a look at my photos.

From the bread right through to the coffee, you can tell the quality is high. It’s one of the best places I’ve eaten. The chef is great! You might have a wait before eating, but it’s worth it. Booking ahead is better. I’d definitely go back.

In a really nice, typical medieval village in Normandy, this is a pleasant country restaurant. The portions are fine and the prices fair, though it isn’t cheap. Nothing particularly special, but it’s decent.

The hotel is in a quiet village where you can hear the silence. Nearby, there’s a beautiful abbey, surrounded by a vast, lovely valley and landscape.
