ibis budget Aeroport le Bourget Garonor

I booked two nights but couldn't stay even 20 minutes. The reception staff were arguing when I arrived, nobody listened to me, and the place smelled bad and was dirty. The room they gave me smelled of cigarettes, and the washroom wasn't clean. A bad experience all around, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

The staff were accommodating even after hours, and the receptionist made check-in really welcoming. The room was decent, the bed held up, and the walls kept secrets. I made plenty of use of the robe. I came alone for a quiet weekend, though I wasn't alone much. I'll definitely be back, some hotels know how to make you feel... seen.

On my return visit, my room smelled of cigarettes again. The heating was stuck at 28° on a very humid night, and I couldn't switch it off. Reception didn't know how to help, so I left the window facing the road open all night. They did give my elderly parents a spacious, accessible room with a large, very clean bathroom. On my first visit, the room had the same cigarette smell, though the room, breakfast, and service were otherwise decent.

For the cheapest hotel in Paris, you can't complain much. You get your own room and bathroom, plus somewhere safe to leave your bags. It's dated, but you're only there overnight. The centre of Paris is reachable in 40 mins.
