Ève was so kind and flexible from the moment we booked, and she shared useful local tips and helped arrange reservations. After two days on the slopes, we really appreciated the massages she provided at the house. There was everything we needed, and the bar and game room was a real favourite. The town was an easy walk away for morning coffee and pastries, or dinner and drinks. We also went to the local farmers market for fresh meat, cheese, coffee, fruit and other great things. We used the bread and cheese we bought to make fondue back at the house. We had such a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon. Thanks for everything, Ève!

Eve was such a star. My friends and I kept talking about how helpful she was. Thank you! Cosy Lodge is one of the best places we’ve stayed in the past 7 years. It’s cosy and very handy for restaurants, shops, pharmacies and banks. The town has amazing views all around, and it’s only about 30 or less from the snowboarding or skiing.

The listing doesn’t mention that the hot tub is across the road, and it was below 34° most of the time. The open-plan space never heated properly, so we wore jumpers constantly. Eve controls both the heating and the hot tub remotely, and we weren’t trusted to manage them ourselves. A couple of times, little bits of wood dropped from the ceiling, which was surprising. Dogs are said to be welcome, but they’re limited to the ground floor, so there’s little chance to spend time with them unless you go into the games room, which is always cold. We were disappointed with the stay. They had a very poor TripAdvisor score before, and it looks like they deleted their listing to hide it.

It could be a wonderful place, and they made us feel extremely welcome. Still, they unfairly kept our entire deposit, so I wouldn’t recommend staying or go back.
