I found urine marks and what looked like feces, along with dirt and crumbs, on the mattress after checking in. There was no mattress protector. I told the front desk agent, Katia, who had short blonde hair and black glasses. She said mattresses weren’t cleaned, all the rooms were the same, and they could only change the sheets. When I said I couldn’t sleep on a dirty mattress, she offered a different room but said I couldn’t check its mattress because that would mean calling the cleaning staff. She wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and wouldn’t give me a refund. I’d booked through Agoda, so I contacted their support about an hour later. Both the hotel and Agoda later said there would be no refund. I contacted management twice after that and got no reply. The room was unsanitary, staff weren’t helpful, and there was no compensation or follow-up. I can’t recommend staying here.

The staff were kind and well prepared, and the building was clean and really beautiful. The rooms were tidy too. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. I hope I can stay at your property again someday.

The pool was a real treat, and they provided free towels for guests if you got there early in the morning. We stayed for 9 nights. Our room was nice and clean, with new bed linen and towels, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette is small, but has what you need for a holiday. It’s in a quiet spot, about a 35-minute walk to La Croisette if you enjoy walking like we do. You can also take bus 1, or N1 at night. We’d happily recommend the place.

We were away from the crowds, but could catch a bus near the hotel to get to the restaurants and other places. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean, including the mini kitchen. The room and balcony felt a bit worn and dated, and could use paint and softer furnishings. The air conditioning was very poor.
