Beau T2 Passion Vacance

The first night was rough. We were given a basement room reached through a hallway full of laundry machines and other stuff. People walking by could see inside, so we didn’t feel safe leaving anything in the fridge outside. There were bugs and mosquitoes, and shower water flooded the bathroom. We asked to move, but couldn’t that first night. The next afternoon we switched to a first-floor room facing the pool. It was much better, though the kitchen sink was blocked and wouldn’t drain. The young woman at reception had welcomed us warmly, but the service mindset varied a lot between the two women working there. The hotel is by the ocean, though the villas block the view from both the pool and restaurant. The fence facing the sea has also collapsed and looks rough. This doesn’t feel like a four-star place, and it seems to have seen better days.

The garden was amazing, and the room was spotless and comfortable. It’s a lovely new hotel right by the sea, with nice staff and a pool area that’s perfectly maintained.

The staff are so sweet, and the restaurant serves delicious food. A great place to stay.
