They asked me to cancel my reservation because THEY had set up the booking system incorrectly, even though I’d already booked and received confirmation messages. They said they’d have to pay an extra €140 in concierge fees for a studio. I understand there may be a minimum stay needed to make it profitable, but this establishment should take responsibility for its own mistakes. I find it shameful to put that on the guest. It’s unreliable.
