The place is furnished with so much care, and Adam clearly has a great eye for detail. His curtain making puts mine to shame! We had a fabulous four-night stay at Château d'Escurat. Adam and David are lovely hosts who never make you feel like anything is too much trouble. We’re proud to call them friends and will be back.

Adam and David made sure I had everything I needed, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. The château makes a big impression from the moment you arrive at the main gate. Inside, each room has its own thoughtful design, as seen on TV, with locally sourced furniture and fittings. Adam’s beautifully made curtains and furnishings suit the period perfectly, and the whole place is decorated to a very high standard.

We live a few miles away and stopped by this afternoon after first seeing the château on ‘New Life in the Sun’. Adam and David were both so welcoming. Adam took plenty of time to chat even though they had a lot going on, and David had been dealing with their plumber before joining us. The château has a wonderful atmosphere, and the programme doesn’t quite do justice to the place or its hosts. If this is how they welcome visitors, staying there must be a pleasure. We hope to pop back later in the year, perhaps with a bottle of something sparkling.

The owners were helpful, and the wedding setting was stunning. We highly recommend it.

The interior has been renovated with great taste and was spotlessly clean. It’s an incredible, beautiful place, run by an exceptionally kind and friendly English couple. A must-see!
