The desserts were okay, nothing special, but the meals were awful and cold. For six days of lunches and dinners I paid an extra $300 euros, and it wasn't worth it. The menu was basically the same each day, rice, pasta, and fish or chicken. One lunch they served hamburgers that were badly undercooked. The cook had browned both sides, but the edges of the patties were still pink and raw.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Our suite had bugs throughout, and the faucet was coming loose from the sink. The hotel is run down and clearly isn't being maintained.

The beach right behind the rooms makes a huge difference, and the view is incredible. The hotel was honestly cleaner than I expected. Front desk staff could be friendlier, though they were accommodating. I did wish there were a cafe or somewhere for snacks between meals, but it wasn't a big deal. Most of all, I loved the dancers and performers. They were beautiful and entertaining. I'd definitely go back.

There should be better communication between reception and the entertainment team. I phoned to ask whether there'd be a live band on Saturday night and was told there wouldn't be. We went elsewhere for dinner, then happened to pass by and saw a band about to start, 35 minutes late, luckily for us.

The surroundings are stunning, and having the beach right at your doorstep is so convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent daily housekeeping. The hotel and rooms could use renovation, but check-in and check-out were easy. Marie Claire from the breakfast team was especially sweet and hospitable. I had a really nice stay and would highly recommend her and the overall experience.
