The sea view is lovely, and Canella beach is nearby. It’s a really nice beach, with a chair and umbrella costing 7eur / person. There isn’t much beach choice around: Canella is basically the only one nearby, while Le Gosier main beach is 20min away. The apartments are great and the price-to-value ratio is amazing. They’re a bit old, and the maintenance has a Caribbean feel, but it’s reasonable.

The location and view are A+, and the staff deserve a good rating too. The room was comfortable and nice, but we had roaches in it on two of the nights, so I took off a star. I absolutely hate bugs and am terrified of them, so that really wasn't cool, even though I understand we're in the tropics. I thought being above the ground floor would keep us safe, but apparently not. At least they didn't fly. The property is managed by the Karaibes Hotel.
