We had a great stay on the third floor, with a magnificent view of Le Grand Bornand. The place was very clean, and there were ski lockers by the entrance. It takes about five minutes to walk to the town center. An elevator would have been welcome, though. I'd recommend staying here.
I live here all year, and these photos are from my balcony. The building is kept very clean, with a professional company coming by frequently and doing a great job. The view of the Aravis mountain range is superb, and the location is fantastic. It's a 10-minute walk downhill to the town center. The climb back up is tough, but at least it helps with digestion after a meal 😅.
The studio was excellent, with a really nice view, and the residence is beautiful and very well cared for. The terrace could use a parasol, though.
