The location is great, though I can't comment on the rooms. Our breakfast visit before skiing was unpleasant, and the customer service wasn't good at all. First we were told breakfast wasn't available, then we were invited back. The person who seemed to be the owner said the breakfast couldn't be shared and that he would watch the person eating to make sure they were the only one. He did watch. I understand people may sometimes take too much from a buffet, but the person who paid 16€ had only a croissant, a couple of bites of cheese, and 2 bananas. The whole thing felt hostile.

The view and the skiing are fantastic, and there's free parking and a discount at the ski shop. The food and hospitality are exceptional. Half board is a must: dinner has several delicious courses, and there's a good wine selection. The place feels homely and friendly, especially in the dining room, where everyone greets you and wishes you a good day in the morning and evening. After dinner, I doubt you'll stay awake past 9, feeling full and tucked up in bed. 😊🌟

The modernized rooms are lovely, with mountain views from the balconies. Breakfast and dinner were good, and the hot tub and sauna were lovely too. A fabulous place to stay for skiing.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, and the view is great. The restaurant food was excellent too. Even if you're not staying here, try to stop by for dinner.

We really enjoyed the meals during our stay. The half-board food was refined and full of flavor, with ingredients prepared expertly. The hotel itself was immaculate, extremely clean, and very well maintained. It's a calm, relaxing place, and the manager kept an eye on how service was going, regularly checking that everything was all right. Traveling with our 7-year-old son, though, we would sometimes have liked a little more flexibility with the menus. The service is very structured, which clearly helps maintain the quality, but a few adjustments would have made things more comfortable for our family. We had a wonderful time in a pleasant, refined setting, and it's a very beautiful establishment.
