We went with family and friends and got the set menu. The vegetable soup starter was awful, and when the main arrived, we realized the tiny piece of boiled meat in it had actually been part of the soup. Dessert was a nightmare too. At 25 EUR for three courses, it didn’t feel fair, and the staff wouldn’t accept our criticism. The other customers’ expressions seemed to back up what I was saying. We cook much better at home. If you can’t cook, my suggestion is not to run a restaurant.

We felt very welcome thanks to the super friendly people here. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. We had a great dinner outside on the terrace and a lovely breakfast. It’s in a great spot on the Route des Grands Alpes. Highly recommend.

After a brutal ride down Col de la Colombière in freezing rain, at around 6-8 degrees Celsius, I was completely chilled and needed to get warm. Céline and Stéphane welcomed me in, made me hot tea and a delicious pastry, and even dried my clothes. Their kindness meant I could warm up, change back into dry clothes, and continue on my way. They really saved the day, and I’m so grateful for their generous hospitality.

The food looks and tastes disgusting, yet they act as if it’s high quality and won’t take criticism. They serve something strange and low quality, then charge a lot for it. The starter soup is supposed to have meat, but the meat is gone by the time the main course comes. I don’t recommend it.

We tried five hotels in the Aravis mountains, and this was the best. The rooms were very nice, the food was over the top, and the staff were super friendly and met all our needs. We’d have stayed another night if we hadn’t already booked our next stop.
